Terms and Conditions  

By enrolling at Viden International School, all students and parents/guardians agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. The school reserves the right to update or amend these terms as necessary. Notifications of such updates will be communicated to all stakeholders.

1. Admission and Enrollment 

  Eligibility: Admission is open to students who meet the academic and age criteria as outlined by the school. Admissions are granted based on availability and fulfillment of admission criteria.

 Documentation: All necessary documents, including proof of age, academic records, and ID proofs, must be submitted upon admission.

 Fees: Admission, tuition, and other fees must be paid as per the school’s schedule. Late payments may incur penalties. All fees are non-refundable except in specific cases, as determined by the school.

2. Academic Policies 

    Curriculum: Viden International School follows the CBSE curriculum with adaptations from the National Education Policy (NEP) and other international standards for holistic development.

    Attendance: Students are expected to maintain a minimum attendance of 80% each term. Failure to meet attendance requirements may impact promotion to the next grade.

 Assessments and Promotions: Assessments will be conducted regularly. Promotions are based on performance in these assessments, attendance, and overall conduct.

3. Conduct and Discipline

   Code of Conduct: Students are required to maintain respectful behavior toward peers, teachers, and staff. Bullying, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.

    Disciplinary Actions: Violations of the code of conduct may lead to warnings, suspension, or even expulsion based on the severity of the infraction.

    Uniform: All students must adhere to the school’s uniform policy. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary measures.

4. Safety and Security 

 Personal Belongings: Students are responsible for their personal belongings. The school is not liable for loss or theft of personal items.

 Health and Safety Protocols : Viden International School follows strict health and safety guidelines. Parents/guardians are required to inform the school of any medical conditions or special requirements that a student may have.

   Emergency Situations: In case of emergencies, the school will follow pre-determined protocols to ensure the safety of students and staff.

5. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities:

 Communication: Parents/guardians are encouraged to stay informed through the school’s official communication channels and to participate in parent-teacher meetings.

 Support for Academic Growth: Parents/guardians should support their child’s academic growth by ensuring that homework is completed and encouraging reading and study habits.

6. Use of Facilities and Technology:

   School Facilities: Students must use school facilities, including classrooms, libraries, and sports areas, responsibly. Any damage to school property will be the responsibility of the student and may incur charges.

 Technology and Internet Use: Students are expected to use technology resources responsibly. Misuse of internet or school technology resources may lead to disciplinary action.

7. Privacy and Data Protection: maintains confidentiality of student records and personal information. Access to these records is restricted to authorized personnel only.

    Consent for Media Usage: By enrolling, parents/guardians consent to the use of their child’s photographs, videos, or other media by the school for educational or promotional purposes unless a written request for exclusion is submitted.

8. Fee Structure and Refund Policy:

    Fee Payment: Tuition and other fees are payable as per the schedule. Late payments may attract additional charges.

    Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances as determined by the school’s administration. The admission fee, once paid, is non-refundable.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

   – Viden International School reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be communicated to parents and guardians in a timely manner.
